This month, we're screening the documentary "Até à Última Hora", created by our colleagues @geotambiente.
Odemira is one of Portugal's key municipalities on the water issue - you can see, for example, the work of @juntos.pelo.sudoeste, which does a lot to denounce the overexploitation of the territory. Like the whole of the Alentejo, this area suffers from extreme drought at the same time as being dominated by super-intensive industrial agriculture, among other complex and desperate issues.
We'll talk about that and everything else next Thursday 📣.

Maybe your summer has involved a lot of working, caretaking, travelling, or tending to other people’s needs. Maybe you’re ready to recharge your batteries, reconnect with your own needs and desires, or simply create some space to listen inward. Through the power of your own breath, we can begin to release what has become stuck, reconnect with the body, support a more regulated nervous system and open space for whatever is ready to be felt, explored or released. Breathwork can be a profound journey of coming back to yourself, reconnecting with your heart, your aliveness, your pleasure, your health, your direction and your deeper sense of purpose.
