A show about the Age of Discovery, a journey through the world of a group of beggars, in which the spirit of Luís Vaz de Camões is revealed through the struggles of one of them. A reflection on memory, old age, and forgetfulness, inspired by the satirical vision of Portugal’s greatest poet. A symbiosis of physical theater, mime, and dance, in a bold production by Diana Bernedo and Miguel Martins Pessoa, featuring texts by Luís de Camões, Florbela Espanca, Fernando Pessoa, Jeanette Winterson, and José Saramago.
