Corpo Presente – The Dance That Unites Us is a space for learning and experiencing contemporary dance, open to working-age adults, with or without prior experience.
The program combines accessible technical development, a sensitive exploration of movement, and guided creative sessions. Throughout the sessions, participants acquire concrete tools for body awareness and composition, deepening their relationship with the body and with dance.
Each class follows a clear structure that repeats and evolves over time.
