MOVE IS BACK IN ALJEZUR! ❤️ After some months away, I’m coming back to Aljezur — and really happy to be bringing *MOVE, our Movement Medicine practice*, back to the valley 🌿 SEPTEMBER DATES: ✨ 8 September ✨ 15 September ✨ 22 September ✨ 29 September (co-held w Ajay tbc) *OCTOBER:* ✨ 6 & 13 October — TBC TUESDAYS • 6.30–8.30pm 📍Magical Valley, Aljezur ♥️ MOVE is a space to come back to your centre. Back to the body. Back to who you are. To move beneath the stories of the mind and listen to what is actually alive — what wants to be felt, expressed, released, celebrated and danced. A space to dance deep inside your heart, in safety AND in freedom, held by music, movement, embodiment and community.
