In this 1.5hr free introduction workshop, we'll explain:
- The basics of non-duality
- How ego awakening links to quality of life
- The different (non-)methods to achieve ego awakening and how our workshops differs from other approaches
After a short break, we'll get practical. You'll get a good taste of the 3 pillars of our workshops:
1. Using conceptual thinking to get past conceptual thinking
2. Becoming better at following your intuition
3. Utilizing visualization to briefly perceive through the ego awake lens
The practical part of workshop #1 and workshop #2 each have unique content. You're most welcome to join both workshops if you don't mind listening to the introduction twice.
The workshops are free, but a reservation is required due to limited seating.
