From the very beginning, Teatro do Mar, under the leadership of Adriana Freitas (the company Costume and Props Designer), has been creating and producing a dedicated space for children and families — a tradition at m.a.r. since its first edition. In the Garden of the Arts and its many activities, friends, members, collaborators, and volunteers come together to welcome and accompany the many children and families who always visit us.

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action.
