🔸A course to learn more about medieval Sines
The Sines Municipal Archives is organizing, on July 8 (Wednesday) at 3:00 p.m., at the Sines Arts Center, its sixth Open Course on Local History, as part of the celebrations marking the 29th anniversary of Sines’ elevation to city status.
This year, we will discuss medieval urban planning in Sines with Dr. Luísa Trindade, who will present the lecture “Sines: A Paradigmatic Case in the Context of Medieval Portuguese Urban Planning.”
The course methodology combines a more theoretical perspective with a more practical one, encouraging participation from those interested.
Following the lecture, there will be a walking tour of the historic center.
