A contextualized presentation of 25 musical moments from different eras and genres, all of which share the common thread of having become associated, for various reasons, with the struggle for freedom. In this project, João Morales charts the 20th century and evokes various moments in our history across different continents, as well as different approaches, movements, and leading figures from various musical fields (including several examples in the Portuguese language).

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action.
