Flavors, tradition, and camaraderie come together once again in Melides! 🍽
🌾The 10th Melides Carolino Rice Gastronomic Fair takes place on May 22, 23, and 24, culminating on May 31 with the traditional Picnic in the Melides Floodplain, which closes out this 10th edition.
During the Gastronomic Weekend, the 8 participating restaurants will present themed menus dedicated to Melides Carolino rice, celebrating one of our region’s most iconic products.
The Festival includes music, cooking demonstrations, activities for children, and various cultural events for the whole family.
