Theater performance | ARTIFÍCIO Performances: ➡ May 22 | 7:30 p.m. ➡ May 24 | 4:00 PM The Ourique School District Theater Group presents Artifício, a play inspired by Isabel Figueiredo’s work “Um lobo à porta.” A stage transformed into a realm of questions. Amid silences, confrontations, and unease, Artifício challenges the audience to reflect on beliefs, impositions, and social constructs. Where does belief end and imposition begin? What if everything is, inevitably, a political act? Synopsis: In the show Artifício, everything is gesture, everything is discourse, everything is politics. Bodies pierced by dogmas seek openings to breathe, question, and exist. An invitation to look at what we consider natural and ordinary… and to dismantle seemingly unquestionable truths. Credits: Text: Ana Coimbra and Tânia Sacramento, freely inspired by the work “Um lobo à porta” by Isabel Figueiredo Cast: Ana Palhinha, Daniel Mateus, Leonor Romeiro, Margarida Pataquinho, Maria Monteiro, and Micael Gonçalves Production and Direction: Tânia Sacramento Organization: Ourique School District With the support of the Municipality of Ourique Don’t miss this moment of reflection, art, and expression!

"Just April" Show - A Tribute to Zeca Afonso

April 25th Celebrations and the Show "Apenas Abril" – A Tribute to Zeca Afonso Featuring the Ourique Choir at the show’s opening. INÊS Apenas presents “Apenas Abril,” a show that pays tribute to José Afonso through the voices and vision of new talents in Portuguese music. The core lineup features singer, songwriter, and pianist Inês Apenas, accompanied by Carolina Viana (Malva) and Joana Rodrigues, the music producer who completes the duo Redoma. Also joining as special guests are Bia Maria, Inês Monstro, and fado singer Sérgio Onze. The show “apenas abril” is supported by Antena 1. Musical and revue show "sempre que a revista canta" (whenever the revue sings), bringing the great Cidália Moreira back to stages across the country. SEMPRE que a revista canta is a comedy and music show inspired by revue theater, but structured in an original way. This 1h30 show will be based on social and political criticism; biting and elegant humor; "hitting a nerve" on essential issues in society and clever puns in the skits performed by Vítor Emanuel (who gained even more notoriety with the character "Peixoto" in the soap opera "Festa é Festa"), Maria Tavares (the famous actress from the series "Malucos do Riso") and Raquel Caneca. In turn, Cidália Moreira, the eternal "Cigana do Fado," will brighten up the show with her most popular songs, in a long-awaited return to the audience that cherishes her so much. She is a big name and no one is indifferent to her voice, her talent, and her determination.
