Meeting "Living with Diabetes" as part of the 11th edition of Megafitness 2025
October 30th (Thursday) i Centro de Convívio de Ourique
The "Living with Diabetes" meeting aims to provide a day of learning, sharing and support on how to live with diabetes, from 2014 to the present day. This event will be a unique opportunity for health professionals, users and families of diabetics to deepen their knowledge and skills in diabetes management.
➡What to expect:
✅Informative sessions with specialized professionals, covering topics such as healthy eating, motivation, diabetes complications, essential care, and much more.
Practical demonstrations of physical activities and cooking workshops.
Panel discussions on how to monitor diabetes and live actively with it.
Take this opportunity to learn more and improve the quality of life of those living with diabetes!

We opened our creative campsite, tiny home village and project of our dreams: Vila Akoya.
