Dear Folk-Music-Fanatics of Alentejo: Our beloved brother Joe Chambers is coming to bless us with his fine tunes this coming Tuesday evening on the terrace at Gaia Colos. Come experience the delight of Joe in his creative flow while dining on delicious tacos and overlooking beautiful Alentejo. Tacos all day - Local grilled beef, chipotle chicken, and/or Veg. Show begins at 6pm.

Let your nose guide you where local grilled beef breezes blow. Where you can enjoy delicious chipotle chicken that makes your tastebuds go, “whoa!” Where scrumptious veggie tacos can be eaten alone or in combo. And moist fudge brownies add a happy heart glow. All overlooking beautiful Alentejano Campo. Honor your flow, but be not too slow - as we’ll only be open from 11:30 to 7, or until supplies run too low.

For many of us 'living in Alentejo' supposed to be choosing a relaxed and slow life, where we have time to recharge ourselves... I still hear, from most of my friends, that they are so so busy (including myself ;). So, I'd like to offer a place & space where we can stop together for a moment. We will first release tension and regulate our nervous system in different ways - individually or in pairs - breath work, voice activation, guided massage to each other, streching, or/and guided relaxation. Then, in the second part of our time together, we will meditate in silent sitting.
