TACOntento presents Guatemalan Enchiladas! TACOntento’s grateful to introduce another authentically delicious flavor explosion from Mesoamerica. This Guatemalan street food begins with a flat crispy corn tortilla smothered with spiced tomato sauce, then stacked with lettuce, a pickled vegetable medley, sliced hard boiled eggs & onion, & topped with aged powdered cheese & parsley. For the meat lovers, we’re happy to add our local marinated meats. Gluten-free, fresh & made to order so you can create how you prefer.
