Ancient Chinese practices that integrate movement, breathing, and concentration, promoting overall health of the body and mind. In the welcoming environment of Casa Novo Bowing, these sessions invite you to slow down, strengthen your physical and energetic balance, and cultivate mindfulness that extends into everyday life. They are open to practitioners of all levels, with exercises adapted to each participant.
