Welcome to a safe, brave and cosy space-time to listen intimately to yourself. Meet the subtleties of your being, and let them lead your dance.

A time to cultivate presence in solo, duo or more, supported by the light guidance of Anaïs and the bewitching soundscape of Zsofi.

We will start with warming up the body and continue with a voice activation process. Gradually stepping into the fertile and vast darkness and unfolding deeper into our dance.

The different vibrations and sounds of Zsofi's instruments will support you as your intimate 'dance partners'. Let them take you to various areas in your body, and reveal through the dance insights, visions...
