The town of Colos will host the next and final event in the Sonoridades & Sabores itinerary, scheduled for December 20, starting at 4pm, at the Eira da Lagoa Restaurant.
The best snacks and traditional dishes from the region will be accompanied by cante ao baldão and viola campaniça, popular poets and a performance by the Grupo Musical de Colos.

For many of us 'living in Alentejo' supposed to be choosing a relaxed and slow life, where we have time to recharge ourselves... I still hear, from most of my friends, that they are so so busy (including myself ;). So, I'd like to offer a place & space where we can stop together for a moment. We will first release tension and regulate our nervous system in different ways - individually or in pairs - breath work, voice activation, guided massage to each other, streching, or/and guided relaxation. Then, in the second part of our time together, we will meditate in silent sitting.
