Join in honouring the emotional spiritual self by sitting in silence together for 30 minutes, followed by heart sharing about our spiritual observations in life and practice.

Entry at 5:45 for refuge in own relaxation and stretching, followed by sitting and dharma sharing in the Plum Village tradition.
