The Wisdom of the Plants of the Alentejo

A workshop dedicated to discovering the plants of the Alentejo and their traditional and contemporary uses.

During this session, participants will learn to identify edible and medicinal wild plants, understand their culinary and therapeutic uses, and explore the world of aromatic plants and essential oils.

The workshop will also cover traditional practices of the region, tips for safe identification in the field, and an introduction to the use of floral essences and aromatic plants from the Mediterranean.

An opportunity to deepen your connection with the local natural environment and learn to use natural resources in a mindful and safe way.
