Side note, Chimi grew up just outside Shanghai, where the kitchen was the heart of the home and grandma’s recipes carried whole stories. Now she’s bringing those flavors to the table—woven with local, seasonal ingredients and her own creative twist… i mean she got me at Shanghai grandma 🔥🔥🔥
