🚴Freedom Ride – April 26 🚴

Once again this year, the Cercal Bike Association, in partnership with the Parish of Cercal do Alentejo and the Municipality of Santiago do Cacém, will organize this ride as part of our parish’s April 25th celebrations. This ride also aims to promote the Cercal Bike Route among the community and friends, encourage mountain biking and physical activity, and foster camaraderie, friendship, and good spirits.

⏰ Time: 9:30 AM

🚴‍♂️ Registration is free. To register, simply fill out the form below. For those under 18, parents must complete the liability waiver and submit it on the day of the ride.

🚴 We’ve created a sign-up form, and if you successfully complete your registration, we’ll include your name on the list that we’ll post and update frequently here on our Facebook page over the coming days.

🚴‍♂️ Only the first 100 registrants will be entitled to lunch and a free gift. The remaining registrations will be for the ride only.

🚴 Only two types of routes: 15 km (guided) and 28 km (self-guided)

🚴‍♂️The registration desk opens at 8:30 AM on the day of the ride, where lunch tickets and gifts will be distributed, and liability waivers for minors will be filled out (can be completed on-site).

🚴Showers and lunch will take place at the main school of the Cercal do Alentejo School Group.

⛔️Please remember that wearing a helmet is MANDATORY

    A lovely Hatha yoga Flow Class for all levels. In this class we use classical Hatha Yoga Postures and we link them with some vinyasa sequences. Many options will be provided to those that cannot do the vinyasas or who wish to keep the practice more simple This class is around 1 hour long Note: Booking one day in advance is necessary. Cancellations on the day will have to pay the class price.

    This is a dynamic led class of traditional Ashtanga. Here the vinyasas are counted in Sanskrit and a steady paced is maintained to keep the flow of the class At the end of the class we practice a set sequence of pranayama This class is best for those already practicing Mysore or Ashtanga for some years and who know how to modify. Note: Booking one day in advance is necessary. Cancellations on the day will have to pay the class price.
