"Hello!
We are Ficha Tripla, an artistic collective made up of Filipa, Rita, and Sofia.
We’re looking for people (ages 16 and up) to help us create a legend.
You don’t need to know how to write or tell stories. Just bring your curiosity,
your memories, and a willingness to imagine with us.
In the end, the narrative we create will inspire a performance and a film that Ficha Tripla is developing during its artist residency at Teatro do Mar. The result will be presented at m.a.r. – Mostra de Artes de Rua, this coming September.

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action. Kundalini is the infinite potential of Being. Meditation is the foundational practice of Yoga. These classes is designed to, for example, increase ones' energetic capacity and inner knowingness.
