Deep Nature Connection Mentoring

We are excited to invite you to a unique course - a first in the region - foundation training for educators and guides who want to enrich their skills for nature connection activity.

The course will give you skills for nature education mentoring. Rooted in ancient cultural teachings from mentors like Tom Brown Jr. and Jon Young, this 4-day experience will deepen your connection to the natural world and provide you with powerful tools to share with others.

From September 11th to 15th, passionate instructors will guide you through hands-on skills including primitive fire-making, the language of birds, storytelling, foraging for plants, and using the "8 Shields" model to create meaningful games and activities.

This is a chance to grow as an educator, mentor, or guide. We'll be camping in nature within the community of Vale da Lua, Alentejo, Portugal, allowing for a fully immersive experience.
