Sines City Council, in partnership with public and private entities, offers the population, visitors and tourists a diversified program of sporting, environmental and cultural activities.
The aim is to improve the quality of life of the participants, encouraging them to practise sport and acquire a healthy lifestyle.
In addition, Sines em Movimento aims to invite people to discover the municipality and its unique characteristics, while at the same time promoting the development of the local economy, the tangible and intangible heritage and the positioning of Sines and its potential for tourism in the Alentejo Litoral.

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action. Kundalini is the infinite potential of Being. Meditation is the foundational practice of Yoga. These classes is designed to, for example, increase ones' energetic capacity and inner knowingness.
