MIRA-A-MENTE fair

In the document Mental Health Reform in Portugal. Three years of transformation, promoted by the National Coordination of Mental Health Policies (cnpsm), Ministry of Health, argues that "the mental health of a population cannot be achieved by focusing solely on the treatment of psychiatric disorders: on the contrary, scientific evidence shows that health promotion and disease prevention can lead to health gains, increased social inclusion, increased productivity, in a context of improved levels of overall well-being."

The aim of this activity is to mobilize and involve the community in different recreational and educational activities related to mental health promotion and disease prevention.
