Let your nose guide you where local grilled beef breezes blow. For many of us 'living in Alentejo' supposed to be choosing a relaxed and slow life, where we have time to recharge ourselves... I still hear, from most of my friends, that they are so so busy (including myself ;). So, I'd like to offer a place & space where we can stop together for a moment. We will first release tension and regulate our nervous system in different ways - individually or in pairs - breath work, voice activation, guided massage to each other, streching, or/and guided relaxation. Then, in the second part of our time together, we will meditate in silent sitting.
