Inês Justo, 25. Born in Setúbal, she studied Visual Arts at the Manuel da Fonseca Secondary School in Santiago do Cacém. She moved to Lisbon and graduated in Sculpture from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Lisbon (2020-2023), where she became interested in stone and ceramics and deepened her understanding of concepts such as contrasting shapes, balance and textures.

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action. Kundalini is the infinite potential of Being. Meditation is the foundational practice of Yoga. These classes is designed to, for example, increase ones' energetic capacity and inner knowingness.
