A bird store that survives during the war, and while bombs are falling outside, silent birds continue to arouse the interest of those looking to be dazzled, even when the general order demands otherwise. Once the war is over, a family is born in this same place, which was also a refuge. They are about to see the birth of a new world, but they are still dominated by fear. Fear of the other, of what is beyond what is known, of what is outside the norm and cannot be measured in numbers.

"Museu do Esquecimento ou Vamos Mudar o Mundo" (Museum of Forgetfulness or Let's Change the World) is a play by Pompeu José and Catarina Requeijo based on some of Afonso Cruz's books for children and young people and is intended to be for everyone. But if most museums don't bring back memories, a museum of forgetting should not let us forget, not let us erase memories.

Staging: Pompeu José.

Performed by: Afonso Cortez, Ilda Teixeira, Pedro Sousa, Pompeu José and Sandra Santos.

    Integrated Himalayan Yoga

Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation. If this resonates with you, join me on the mat, in Sines, in Centro UniSer. - Sessions on Mondays at 18:30-19:45 & Tuesdays at 07:30-08:45 Classes in Portuguese. Booking is essential.
