Next Sunday, March 15, starting at 3:00 p.m., the first conversation in a series dedicated to Rural Heritage topics will take place, organized by the Associação Escola do Monte da Estrada at its facilities. Admission is free.

Our Forest: how to make it stronger and more profitable?

An open conversation about the future of the forest and land in our region with landowners and about projects in the territory, sharing experiences and solutions. We will talk about:

- How to make the forest more resistant to fires and droughts;

- How to manage the land so that it is productive and profitable;

- What species to plant and how to improve the land and store more water on the land;

- Real examples of projects in the field.

Following the conversation, there will be a concert by sound artist Anja Monden.

Anja Monden is a sound artist. She brings her sound magic and lots of laughter to festivals, beaches, and other venues. This will be her first concert in the Alentejo region.

Get ready to welcome her and immerse yourself in the sounds of the handpan, a voice full of love, and sweet lyrics in Portuguese, English, and German.
