22: Fábio Superbi

Fábio Superbi is a storyteller and puppeteer. He is Brazilian, from Minas Gerais, loves cheese bread with guava paste, and crossed the sea to listen to and tell stories.

July 23: Mediterranean Tales, by Rita Sales

Celebrating Mediterranean culture by sharing stories from the oral tradition—heard and told in the lands surrounding the great central sea, an open space that invites travel, cultural exchange, and engagement with diversity.

24: Matia Losego

Matia Losego is Italian, from the Dolomites. He has lived in Lisbon for over a decade and has an accent. He discovered storytelling through the “Histórias de Ida e Volta” project at the Oeiras Municipal Library, using the excuse of wanting to learn more Portuguese. He tells stories for children and families in libraries, bookstores, and public spaces, and for adults at festivals and cultural venues. She mainly shares author-written tales and stories from real life.

25: Villages Between Mountains and Valleys, by Antonella Gilardi

A storyteller from other lands, who arrived years ago in this land of wind and salt water, brings with her the scent of village stories, the longing for the crisp mountain air and the fresh waters of the rivers she left behind—yet which remain within her. A session for families, adults, and children.

    Integrated Himalayan Yoga

Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation. If this resonates with you, join me on the mat, in Sines, in Centro UniSer. - Sessions on Mondays at 18:30-19:45 & Tuesdays at 07:30-08:45 Classes in Portuguese. Booking is essential.
