Through practical examples, guided reflections, and experience sharing, he explores how increased awareness can transform difficulties into opportunities for growth, healing, and greater inner balance.

Based on decades of medical practice and his own personal journey, Dr. Jansen presents an accessible, profound, and humanized approach, showing life as a creative and conscious process. The session concludes with an open forum for questions and enriching dialogue.
