Prosas, the Sines Senior University, in addition to the many courses taught in the classroom—which aim to foster the exchange of knowledge and experiences— always with the overarching goal of combating exclusion and promoting active aging, also hosts within its ranks a Cante Alentejano Group, whose members are motivated solely by their love for Cante and the emotions it stirs in the heart of any Alentejan.
Always available, always happy to show how beautiful and harmonious this Cante is—a tradition born of the hard work of the fields, in the tranquil plains of the Alentejo.

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action.
