The Relíquias Parish Council, in partnership with the Vale de Santiago Humanitarian Blood Donors Association, is promoting this important Blood Donation Campaign and needs everyone's help. Every gesture counts, and a simple donation can save lives

🩸 Helping is in your blood!

On February 28, 2026, we call on everyone who is eligible to donate blood to participate in this act of solidarity.

📍 Location: Casa do Povo de Relíquias

⏰ Time: 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

If you are between 18 and 65 years old, in good health, and able to donate blood, join us.

Even if this is your first time donating, our team will be there to assist you.

Your help is essential to ensure our hospital's blood reserves.

If you are unable to donate, please share this initiative and help us reach more people.

Together, we can make a difference. We are counting on you! 🩸
