An invitation to the community to participate in a walk led by healthcare professionals, combining physical exercise with opportunities to share information and ask questions. More than just walking, the goal is to raise awareness about disease prevention and encourage active, independent aging with a better quality of life.

Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action. Kundalini is the infinite potential of Being. Meditation is the foundational practice of Yoga. These classes is designed to, for example, increase ones' energetic capacity and inner knowingness.
