Café Reparação returns to Ourique to give new life to used objects
On November 27, between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., the Ourique Primary and Secondary School will host another edition of Café Reparação, a meeting dedicated to sustainability and reuse.
Promoted by Resialentejo - Tratamento e Valorização de Resíduos, eim, in conjunction with the Municipality of Ourique and the Buinho Fablab Association, the initiative invites you to bring small appliances, furniture, bicycles or simple items of clothing that need repairing.
With the support of volunteers and experts, you can learn how to repair, reuse and extend the life of your goods, contributing to a reduction in waste and more responsible consumption.
More than just a workshop, Café Reparação is a space for socializing, sharing knowledge and raising environmental awareness, where every gesture counts towards a more sustainable future.
The initiative takes place as part of the European Week for Waste Reduction, which mobilizes municipalities and citizens across Europe to promote the reuse and recovery of resources.

We opened our creative campsite, tiny home village and project of our dreams: Vila Akoya.
