20.00-21.30 jam

Every week we have changing teachers who give a warm up or a class in Contact Improvisation with different focus. Starting from relaxation and self contact we explore movement and body contact in partner exercises. We open the body for more flexibility, expand our nonverbal communication and gain a state of embodied presence. From here we dive safely into a playful and nurturing open contact improvisation jam.
