Experience yoga as more than just physical exercise and instead as a holistic practice of aligning body, mind, and heart.
In this Integral Yoga class you’ll learn and experience postures from the tradition, as well as understand the chakras and benefits they activate so you can start developing your own independent practice.
Classes are Portuguese and English friendly and inclusive of all bodies, ages, and levels.
You can join in person, at Mosaic Village in Odemira, or online. Just please reserve your class or reach out to me in advance.
The first class is free. Then, drop-in class is 14€. And a monthly subscription is offered on a sliding scale.
