This is a dynamic led class of traditional Ashtanga. Here the vinyasas are counted in Sanskrit and a steady paced is maintained to keep the flow of the class

At the end of the class we practice a set sequence of pranayama

This class is only suitable to very advanced yogis or those already practicing Mysore or Ashtanga for some years and who know how to modify.

Note: Booking one day in advance is necessary.

Cancellations on the day will have to pay the class price.
