Ashira created Ashira Active Meditation, a healing modality rooted in Sufi, Indigenous & Ancestral knowledge. Her work combines movement, dance, breathwork, EFT, Reiki, Kundalini, and Sufi Whirling, offering support for children and adults living with trauma, PTSD, and ADHD.

She is featured in the documentary Where the Olive Trees Weep, which portrays Palestinian loss, trauma, and the decades-long fight for justice under occupation.

With 15 years of experience as a TV & radio journalist and researcher for BBC, Amnesty International, and Human Rights Watch, Ashira brings a powerful voice to the work of healing and liberation.
