Featuring the Venezuelan duo Sebastián Rodríguez (Saigo) and Davián Rodríguez

Sebastián Rodríguez, known by his stage name Saigo, and his brother Davián Rodríguez are Venezuelan musicians who began their musical training at a very young age, in the world of orchestral music.

Throughout their artistic careers, they have had the opportunity to represent Venezuela in Europe, bringing their country’s music and culture to various international stages. Saigo represented Venezuela in Salzburg, Austria, while Davián represented the country in Milan, Italy.

Currently, they continue to pursue their musical careers in Europe, sharing their talent, their Venezuelan identity, and their passion for music with diverse audiences, including in Portugal.

    Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.
