We gather as a tribe in an Alentejan village, Cabacos, three houses to our availability, where we meet as heroes at the threshold of a new cycle.
This gathering is a Hero’s Council:
a starting point, a deep calling, a conscious pause between what has been and what is ready to begin.
For four days, we step out of urgency and into presence.
We slow the body, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with inner guidance so that direction for 2026 arises from clarity rather than pressure.
Each day unfolds in a shared rhythm:
• waking together with a powerful mind–body–soul morning practice
• nourishing deluxe breakfasts, delicious vegetarian or vegan meals
• Qi Gong by the ocean
• yin yoga, breathwork, meditation and reflection
• deep rest, sauna, fire and spacious integration
This is a time to:
✨ consciously close the chapters of the past year
✨ regulate and settle the nervous system
✨ reconnect to body, breath and inner compass
✨ create a clear Goal & Milestone sheet for 2026
Between sessions we rest under wide, star-filled skies, enjoy nourishing local food, gather around the fire for stories and songs, and allow simplicity to restore us.
On the final evening, we celebrate Imbolc - the ancient festival of the returning light - honoring rebirth, intention, and the quiet power of new beginnings.
