The Sines Arts Center will open the photography exhibition "April 25, 1974, Thursday" by Alfredo Cunha on Saturday, April 11, at 4:00 p.m.
ℹ Due to the photographer’s unavailability for health reasons, this will not be the usual opening ceremony. Later, during the exhibition period, there will be a guided tour led by Alfredo Cunha, to which we hope everyone will attend.
This exhibition brings together photographs that capture key moments of a long journey marked by a commitment to light, to history, and to the protagonists of an irreplaceable era in Portuguese collective life.
Alfredo Cunha’s images preserve the memory of Salgueiro Maia and evoke the spirit of April 25.
